Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your Solizone subscription at any time — no phone calls, no complicated forms. Simply go to your account settings, navigate to Billing, and select Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again. We believe you should always be in full control of your subscription.
Subscription Ends
When you cancel, your subscription does not end immediately. You retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account automatically reverts to the free tier. Your content, projects, and profile remain intact — nothing is deleted when you cancel.
No Hidden Fees
There are no cancellation fees, early termination fees, or penalties for cancelling your subscription. We do not require a minimum commitment period (other than what is clearly stated at the time of purchase for annual plans). What you see at checkout is what you pay — nothing more.
