Terms of Service

By accessing or using Solizone ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Solizone Inc. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Solizone of any unauthorized use of your account. Solizone cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

As a creator on Solizone, you are solely responsible for all content you publish, including videos, images, descriptions, and any other materials. You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains defamatory, obscene, or harmful material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Misrepresents your identity or affiliation
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code

You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you create and upload to Solizone. By uploading content, you grant Solizone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform and in marketing materials. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Solizone.

Solizone is a platform dedicated to AI-generated cinematic content. By using AI tools on the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before publishing
• AI-generated content may sometimes produce unexpected results
• You must not use AI tools to generate content that violates our Content Policy
• Solizone reserves the right to remove AI-generated content that violates these terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Solizone to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Solizone reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing subscribers.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate confirmed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Solizone reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, Solizone, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Solizone does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solizone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
