Copyright Policy
Solizone respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects creators on the Platform to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe that content on Solizone infringes your copyright, please follow the process below.
Report Copyright Infringement
To submit a DMCA takedown notice, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at info@solizone.com that includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform (URL)
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the creator who uploaded it.
Counter Notice
If you believe your content was removed incorrectly, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice to info@solizone.com. Your counter-notice must include your identification, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district, and your signature. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Solizone has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We take copyright protection seriously and will not hesitate to permanently ban accounts with a pattern of infringing behavior, regardless of subscription status.
